Twice a year, Viola Credit Fund host a spectacular event for their top tier investors. Self-Care curated, in accordance to the investors profile and needs, a high-end and extremely unique evening.
Hosting and Setting
The experiential meal took place at Dinings Restaurant, located on the third floor of The Norman Hotel.
We created a unique combination of traditional Japanese tapas in the style of Izakaya and modern European cuisine. Around the restaurant, an open terrace with a panoramic view of the city of Tel Aviv. Attention was given to every single detail with emphasise on decoration, flowers, napkins, menus, playlists, give-away's and etc. These together, created a combination of an unforgettable experience.
Food
Shoihiro is a world-renowned Master Chef in traditional Japanese food culture. He served as a chef at Japanese embassies around the world for 15 years. He also worked at Nobu London Restaurant. Accordingly, the entire meal was accompanied by explanations and discourse on food, Japanese culture and his personal and inspiring story.
The menu was specially composed for the event and includes an opening, dishes and desserts.
Content
With about a decade of experience in the field of wine, Shira Zidon is a sommelier and director of the wine program at the Norman Hotel for six years. Before that she managed projects in the field of wine. In addition, Shira is the first from the wine field to be selected for Forbes magazine's 30 under 30 list. As for her part in the event, Shira created a sake tasting menu, matching the different types of sake to the dishes at the meal, explained the history, tradition and types of the Japanese drink.
